BOBOEYE offers a 365-day warranty starting from the day you receive your eyewear. The warranty covers defects in material and workmanship. It does not cover damage caused by accidents, neglect, or improper care.

  1. How do l return or exchange an item?

If there is a quality issue with the product, you may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • If the wrong product style is accidentally shipped.
  • If the glasses are damaged during shipping.

  • Refund time: Your refund will be processed within 7 days after we receive the returned items.
  • Shipping fee:If you return a product for reasons other than a quality issue, a $19 shipping fee will be deducted.
